CPIR
Building the Legacy Training Curriculum on IDEA 2004 were developed by NICHCY at the request of OSEP in 2014, and are now hosted by Center for Parent Information and Resources (CPIR):

DEC
The promotes policies and advances evidence-based practices that support families and enhance the optimal development of young children who have or are at risk for developmental delays and disabilities.
- The DEC Recommended Practices (DEC RPs) were developed by the DEC Recommended Practices Commission with support from the Early Childhood Technical Assistance Center (ECTA), funded by the Office of Special Education Programs, U.S. Department of Education. The DEC Recommended Practices (RPs) bridge the gap between research and practice, offering guidance to parents and professionals who work with young children who have or are at risk for developmental delays or disabilities. Practices consist of eight domains including transition.

ECRDI
Early Childhood Research and Development Initiative (ECRDI) implements studies to support early childhood educators and policymakers in designing high-quality programs to improve services for young children and families.
A part of ECRDI's work is extending the efforts of the National Early Childhood Transition Center (NECTC) and Project STEPS by examining factors that promote successful early childhood transitions. Resources from both NECTC and Project STEPS are now hosted by this project.
NCHAM
National Center for Hearing Assessment and Management (NCHAM) serves as the National Technical Resource Center for the implementation and improvement of comprehensive and effective Early Hearing Detection and Intervention (EHDI) systems.
- Eligibility and Service Delivery Policies: Differences Between IDEA Part C and IDEA Part B: A Comparison Chart (2016) — Compares Part C and Part B, Section 619 policies in the following areas: Eligibility Criteria, Eligibility Determination, Types of Services, Service Settings, Service Recipients, Parental Rights, and System of Payments. It is intended as a resource to support transition between these programs for children who are deaf or hard of hearing.
- Aspects of Eligibility for Children Who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing under IDEA Part B Section 619 Preschool: A Survey Report (2015) — Shares information provided from 32 state and 2 territory Part B, Section 619 Preschool programs, highlighting state differences in eligibility requirements and eligibility determination process for children who are deaf or hard of hearing.
