  • SSIP Phase III Q & A: The Office of Special Education Programs Performance Accountability Team developed this State Systemic Improvement Plan Phase III Q&A document to assist States in developing their SSIPs.
  • DOC: SSIP Phase III Guidance Tool: The Office of Special Education Programs Performance Accountability Implementation Team has developed this State Systemic Improvement Plan Evaluation Plan Guidance Tool to assist states in developing, implementing and evaluating their SSIPs.
  • DOC: SSIP Phase III Organizational Report Outline: The Office of Special Education Programs Performance Accountability Implementation Team has developed a State Systemic Improvement Plan Phase III Organizational Report Outline to assist states in developing their SSIP Phase III submission due to OSEP on April 3, 2017. This is an optional report outline developed in response to State requests for a Phase III writing guide or template.
  • WWW: Evaluating the Implementation of Evidence-based Practices – Tip Sheet Series: This tip sheet series provides concise guidance for collecting and analyzing high-quality data on the implementation of evidence-based practices. The content was designed for staff of state and local early intervention (IDEA Part C) and preschool programs for children with disabilities (IDEA Part B 619), but it is relevant for anyone evaluating the implementation of evidence-based practices.
