Part C SPP/APR Indicator Analyses

Indicator 11 in the Part C SPP/APR indicator analysis report includes the content analysis completed on state's SSIP Phase II reports that were submitted to OSEP in April 2016.


Phase II SSIP Content Analysis Maps: State Approaches to SSIP Implementation

  • SIMRs (Page 2): This map displays the states State-identified Measurable Result (SIMR) by outcome(s) or other variables for the Part C SSIP as reported in their Phase II SSIP.
  • EBPs (Page 3): This map reflects how state reported they will begin implementation of evidence-based Practices (EBPs) (e.g. statewide, in selected sites, programs or teams, combination of statewide and selected sites).
  • Accountability and Quality Improvement (Page 4): This map identifies the states that included improvement activities and evaluation of outcomes related to their Accountability and Quality Improvement System in their Phase II SSIP.
  • Data System (Page 5): This map identifies the states that included improvement activities and evaluation of outcomes related to their Data System in their Phase II SSIP.
  • Finance (Page 6): This map identifies the states that included improvement activities and evaluation of outcomes related to their Finance System in their Phase II SSIP.

  • Personnel/TA (Page 8): This map identifies the states that included improvement activities and evaluation of outcomes related to their Personnel/TA System in their Phase II SSIP.
  • Quality Standards (Page 9): This map identifies the states that included improvement activities and evaluation of outcomes related to their Quality Standards in their Phase II SSIP.
  • Alignment with Section 619 (Page 10): This map reflects those states that reported aligning with Early Childhood Special Education, Section 619 to support implementation of their SSIP improvement activities.
  • Alignment with Early Head Start/Head Start and Child Care (Page 11): This map displays those states that reported aligning with Early Head Start/Head Start and Child Care to support implementation of their SSIP improvement activities.
