Results Driven Accountability
- Participate in monthly OSEP TA call.
- Ongoing, meaningful engagement with diverse partners.
- Monitor and provide TA and support to local programs.
- Foster internal and external collaboration.
February 1 — Submit SPP/APR (including SSIP). Report APR local program performance to public within 120 days.
Prepare Part C grant application for publication. Schedule any required public hearings.
Part C application must be published at least 60 days prior to submission, with an opportunity for public comment of at least 30 days.
First Wednesday of April — Submit 618 Child Count and Settings data.
SPP/APR clarification period.
Submit Part C grant application by OSEP's establshed due date.
Report APR local program performance to public.
APR Determinations issued.
October 1 — DMS cycle begins.
Prepare policy and procedure revisions drafted for Part C grant application process.
Analyze data for SSIP implementation activities.
First Wednesday of November — Submit 618 Dispute Resolution and Exiting data.
Review progress data with partners. Discuss revisions to SSIP and document reasons for changes.
Finalize SPP/APR and initiate partner, ICC certification, and internal approval processes.
