Annual Performance Reports on Settings
States' Lead Agencies for Part C report annually on performance related to indicators of compliance and performance on key aspects of their services under Part C Requirements.
Three indicators are relevant to providing early intervention services in natural environments. The ECTA Center annually analyzes and reports on state performance on these indicators. The most recent report, including some multi-year trend data, was released as the Part C SPP/APR Indicator Analyses. See the following indicators:
- Indicator 1: Timely Receipt of Services
- Percent of infants and toddlers with IFSPs who receive the early intervention services on their IFSPs in a timely manner.
- Indicator 2: Settings
- Percent of infants and toddlers with IFSP's who primarily receive early intervention services in the home or community-based settings.
- Indicator 7: 45-day Timeline
- Percentage of eligible infants and toddlers with IFSPs for whom an evaluation and assessment and an initial IFSP meeting were conducted within Part C's 45-day timeline.
