House - Parent Notice

Adds the following times when a parent must be given a copy of the procedural safeguards notice: [upon] parent request [for evaluation]; annually, at the beginning of the school year; and upon written request of a parent. (Sec. 615(d)(1)).

Deletes the following times when a parent must be given a copy of the procedural safeguards notice: upon each notification of an IEP meeting; reevaluation of the child; and upon registration of a complaint. (Current Law – Sec. 615(d)(1)).
