House adds extensive procedures for the development of a “multi-year” IEP at the option of the parent, including “streamlined” and “comprehensive” reviews at each of a child’s natural transition points. (Sec. 614(d)(5)).
Senate adds extensive procedures for the development of a three-year IEP which may be offered to a student with a disability who has reached the age of 18 and which is designed to serve the student during the student’s final 3-year transition period. (Sec. 614(d)(5)).
