Senate – Optional Birth-6 Policy cont.

The state must report annually on:

• The percentage of children eligible for this option whose parents choose to stay in Part C; and
• The number of children eligible for this option whose parents choose to stay in Part C.

States do not have to provide FAPE to any preschool-age child who stays in Part C.
