Dissemination CONNECTIONS Project
Developed by CIHS/Sonoma State University and Sacramento County Office of Education
Overall goal to create lasting opportunities for children with disabilities in regular preschools
Involves site based teams of EC and ECSE personnel and parents
Includes 9 day long workshops, 3 site visits, and 5 administrator seminars
Two year pilot/Three year phase in funded by California Dept. of Education
Evaluation demonstrates significant increases in teachers own ratings of ability to teach literacy, math and science.
