Well above cut off points Provide follow up activities. Continue ASQ monitoring.
Close to cut off Provide follow up activities to practice skills. Talk to parents about opportunities to practice skills and rescreen.
Refer if ongoing concern.
Below cut off in one or more areas: Refer for diagnostic assessment. (The only exception is the identification of a major factor that is contributing to a low score, such as an illness, however these areas must be addressed and the child should be rescreened)
Parent concern : Respond to concerns
