Senate Payor of Last Resort
The new Senate language adds a subsection at Sec. 640, Payor of Last Resort which is parallel to the language in Part B at Sec. 612(a)(12) regarding the establishment of agreements or mechanisms for interagency collaboration regarding the financing of early intervention services. It maintains the existing language on interagency agreements in Sec. 635(a)(10)).
