List of diagnosed conditions includes hearing loss.
Children enrolled in the Utah Schools for the Deaf and the Blind Parent Infant Program (PIP) for the Blind and Visually Impaired, the PIP for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, or the Deaf-Blind Program are automatically eligible.
Vision Impairment
List of diagnosed conditions includes:
- Leber's Congenital Amaurosis
- Optic Atrophy
- Optic Nerve Hypoplasia
- Retinal Detachment
- Retinopathy of Prematurity (stage 4/5)
- Septo-Optic Dysplasia
- Cortical Visual Impairment
- Deafblind delayed
- Delayed Visual Maturation
