Hearing Impairment
List of diagnosed physical or mental conditions associated with high probability of significant developmental delay includes sensory impairments where appropriate treatment still leaves impairment, e.g., mild or greater hearing loss in the better ear persistent even after appropriate treatment.
Vision Impairment
List of diagnosed physical or mental conditions associated with high probability of significant developmental delay includes sensory impairments where appropriate treatment still leaves impairment, e.g., vision not corrected to normal for age in either eye.
Prenatal Exposure to Substances
Diagnosed physical or mental conditions associated with a high probability of significant developmental delay include evidence of significant exposure to known teratogens (e.g., FAS).
Prematurity
Not included on state list of diagnosed/established conditions.
Low Birth Weight, Very Low Birth Weight, Small for Gestational Age
Diagnosed physical or mental conditions associated with a high probability of significant developmental delay include LBW infants weighing <1,200 g (or dropping below 1,200 g).
Prenatal Exposure to Zika
Not included on state list of diagnosed/established conditions.
