Prenatal Exposure to Substances
FAS is one of ten Presumptive Eligibility Diagnoses. Some diagnoses require a confirmation documented in the child's record that includes a statement that the diagnosed condition has a high probability of developmental delay and might be included under the regulatory statement "Disorders secondary to exposure to toxic substances."
Prematurity
Not included on state list of diagnosed/established conditions.
Low Birth Weight, Very Low Birth Weight, Small for Gestational Age

Prenatal Exposure to Zika
