Diagnosed conditions include hearing loss (25dB or greater in better ear as determined by ABR audiometry or audiometric behavioral measurements).
Vision Impairment
Diagnosed conditions include:
- Legal Blindness (bilateral visual acuity of 20/200 or worse corrected vision in the better eye)
- Ocular Albinism
- Oculo-Cutaneous Albinism
- Optic Atrophy
- Optic Nerve Hypoplasia
- Retinoblastoma
- Retinopathy of Prematurity, Stages III and IV
Prenatal Exposure to Substances
Diagnosed conditions include Fetal Alcohol Syndrome/effects.
Prematurity
