Part C Developmental Delay Eligibility Criteria
2 SD or more below the mean or 30% or greater delay in one or more developmental areas or 1.5 SD or 22%-29% below the mean in two or more developmental areas
At-Risk Served Under Federal Part C Policies
Biological risk: single risk factors; environmental risk: single risk factors and multiple risk factors (3 or more). Biological at-risk factors include, but are not limited to: birth weight <1500 g and SGA. Environmental single-risk factors include: known parental chemical dependency.
