Category 1: Infants & Toddlers with Established Risk for Developmental Delay includes:
- Exudative retinopathy, Coats retinopathy
- Retinopathy of prematurity (stage 4; stage 4 right eye, left eye, bilateral; stage 5; stage 5 right eye, left eye, bilateral)
- Hereditary retinal dystrophy
- Vitreoretinal dystrophy
- Pigmentary retinal dystrophy
- Other dystrophies primarily involving the sensory retina
- Dystrophies primarily involving the retinal pigment epithelium
- Primary optic atrophy (primary optic atrophy right eye; left eye; bilateral)
- Cortical blindness (cortical blindness right side of brain; left side of brain)
- Kearns-Sayre syndrome
