- Hearing loss, deaf nonspeaking, not elsewhere classified
- Hearing loss, conductive (bilateral; unilateral, left ear; unilateral, right ear; or unspecified)
- Hearing loss, mixed conductive and sensorineural (unilateral; bilateral; or unspecified)
- Hearing loss, other specified (bilateral; left ear; right ear; or unspecified ear)
- Hearing loss, ototoxic, (bilateral; left ear; right ear; or unspecified ear)
- Hearing loss, sensorineural (bilateral; unilateral, left ear; unilateral, right ear; unspecified)
Vision Impairment
