Hearing Impairment
List of established conditions includes bilateral or unilateral loss of hearing acuity, as determined by an audiologist, that interferes or has the potential to interfere with the child’s development.
Vision Impairment
List of established conditions includes bilateral loss in visual acuity or a loss of visual field, as determined by an ophthalmological evaluation, that interferes or has a potential to interfere with the child’s development.
Prenatal Exposure to Substances
List of established conditions includes disorders reflecting disturbance of the development of the nervous system including children born dependent on alcohol or a substance(s) and experiencing withdrawal at birth.

Low Birth Weight, Very Low Birth Weight, Small for Gestational Age
