1. Invitation to Comment: Data Collection for Annual State Application - Part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA)
The U.S. Department of Education is inviting comments on a proposed information collection request related to the annual state application under part B of the IDEA. The Department is interested in comments that help assess the impact of its information collection requirements and minimize the public's reporting burden. 2. Invitation to Comment: State and Local Educational Agency Record and Reporting Requirements - Part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA)

3. The Cost of Preschool Quality Tool Estimator (CPQ)
CEELO released the new CPQ calculator tool (November 2017) for early education administrators to determine estimates for funding a high-quality preschool. In addition, the tool provides relevant research, resources, and outreach materials, such as social media posts, a press release template, handouts and presentation graphics to promote high-quality early learning opportunities and gather support among stakeholders.
4. Converting COS Data to OSEP Progress Categories / Summary Statements
For stakeholders interested in how child outcomes summary (COS) data is converted to the national data reported by the U.S. Department of Education's Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP), check out DaSy's new Converting COS Data resource (November 2017).
