Step 1: State TA providers train and coach Implementation Site personnel

  1. The Implementation Team at each site appoints a leader and schedules regular meetings.
  2. States TA providers build confidence and competence of site Implementation teams through on-going training, coaching and guidance.
  3. The Implementation Teams, with assistance from State TA providers, train, and support practitioners.
  4. The Implementation teams evaluate activities and use data for making decisions and incorporating changes in on-going training and support.
