1. Notice of Proposed Regulations: Part C Early Intervention Program for Infants and Toddlers With Disabilities

Proposed regulations for Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) were published in the Federal Register on May 9, 2007. Comments will be considered in the development of the final regulations and must be received by July 23, 2007. The National Dissemination Center for Children with Disabilities (NICHCY) has published the following new training module for the Building the Legacy Training Curriculum on IDEA 2004: Module 14, Meetings of the IEP Team.
