Debbie Cate, MS FPG Child Development Institute, UNC-Chapel Hill

Debbie Cate has 35 years experience in special education as teacher, consultant, diagnostician, Tennessee State 619 Coordinator (4 years) and TA provider (3 years). She provides TA in: state system improvement; general supervision; data system and using data for decision-making; state EC TA; quality practices in service delivery; cross-sector early childhood inclusion/Expanding Opportunities initiative with other national TA providers. She is co-liaison to the Consortium of State IDEA 619 Coordinators and analyzes APRs.
