Anne Lucas, MS FPG Child Development Institute, UNC-Chapel Hill

Anne Lucas has worked in early intervention 34 years as an occupational therapist, program administrator, consultant, Virginia State Part C Coordinator and technical assistance provider. She leads program improvement efforts to meet SPP/APR targets and to strengthen systems to prepare for scaling up effective services and evidence-based interventions. Her products include PDF: Enhancing Recognition of High Quality, Functional IFSP Outcomes and IEP Goals. She participates on the WWW: OSEP Priority Teams on General Supervision, Early Childhood Services, and Early Childhood Outcomes. For 5 of her 10 years with NECTAC, she shared her time with WWW: WRRC.
