Christina Kasprzak, MA FPG Child Development Institute, UNC-Chapel Hill

ECTA Work Teams

Christina Kasprzak has 15 years of increasing responsibility in national TA projects at WWW: FPG. She has designed and implemented evaluation strategies to measure the quality, effectiveness, and outcomes of two national TA centers- NECTAC and WWW: ECO. She helped to design and support states' implementation of the ECO Child Outcomes Measurement Framework and self-assessment scale. She annually analyzes and reports states' child outcomes APR data. She assists states on: the design and implementation of child and family outcomes measurement systems; and collecting, analyzing, and using data for results accountability and program improvement. She was affiliated with WWW: New Voices/Nuevas Voces: Cultural and Linguistic Diversity in Early Childhood, and co-authored a WWW: guide and facilitators' manual of the same name.
